Gopi N. - General Manager (Operations)
Mr. Gopi has over 25 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. He has been with World Phone India for 15 years and has been an integral part of effort in launching Value Added Services of World Phone in 1998. He was also instrumental in setting up WPI’s own as well as Franchisee partners’ call centers in various locations of India.
He has set up systems and procedures in Finance & Accounting and handles the administration and HR of over 600 direct and indirect employees.

D R Sriram, General Manager (Technology)
With a Masters in Computer Applications, Sriram has wide experience in the VAS and IT domains. He has extensive knowledge of integrating IVR systems, setting up of Live centers, SMS Gateways and WAP portals.
He is credited with designing and interfacing World Phone’s billing systems with Operators pan-India. He has also been instrumental in architecting and implementing online customer interfaces, monitoring and MIS systems for World Phone’s customers. He has hands-on experience in IVR systems on IP as well as TDM-based signaling and has worked extensively on Dialogic, Aculab and Asterisk systems and is familiar with the HP-OCMP platform.

Gaurav Raj Thakur, Asst. Vice President (New Business)
Gaurav is from JIMMC of the prestigious Dainik Jagran Group-India's largest circulated Hindi daily and started off with ‘Ogilvy & Mather’.
He has worked with VAS companies such as ‘Handygo.com’, establishing working relations with various domestic as well as International Telcos and content owners/aggregators. Joined ‘Phoneytunes’ as the Business Head and going ahead started the mobility division at Tangerine Digital Entertainment, a Network18 company.
Has been associated with major VAS projects such as 'Airtel-Google search engine integration', 'Idea Fresh WAP launching, Airtel Seychelles WAP launching, Introduced the very first PT Infotainment services on Airtel Live, Campus18 WAP, UGC for Airtel Mobile Campus, Roadmap for short code 51881 etc.

Vandana Goel. Asst. General Manager (Finance)
Vandana brings on nine plus years of industry experience.
At World Phone is responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting function, budgetary controls, revenue assurance, process improvement, legal issues and risk management. A highly skilled qualitative and quantitative Finance and Accounts Professional, with a focus to enhance revenue in-flow.
Prior to joining World Phone she was working with Chryso Group where she was handling Finance and Accounts Function encompassing complete financial management, finalization of business plan & budgets, NAV implementation, formulation of policies for revenue/profit maximization, risk management and process improvement.
Vandana has a Master degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, India.
She is an interesting combination of positive thinking, straight forward approach and process-oriented attitude.
